Hi! I'm Pam Chestek, administrator of the site. I am a self-employed lawyer in Raleigh, North Carolina. Before starting my own practice, I was trademark counsel for Red Hat, where I represented Red Hat, JBoss, the Fedora Project, and other projects sponsored by Red Hat.
I wrote the initial draft of the policy. In creating it, I reviewed and cherry-picked from about 30 different policies.
